Delivery and returns
All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Elena Shvab Millinery, GLGL Services UK ltd delivers goods via signed and tracked Royal Mail services for UK deliveries and alternative courier services for the rest of the world.
You will be ask to sign on receipt of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier delivers, they may leave your package with a neighbour or will leave you a card so you can rearrange delivery or pick up from your local collection center.

We aim to deliver goods within 2-3 business working days for UK deliveries, 3-5 business working days for Europe deliveries and 5-8 days for other international deliveries.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Please make sure you provide us with your up-to-date contact/address details in your Customer Account and/or Enquiry. Otherwise delays may occur.
The price of a product does not include shipping charges. Our shipping charges are as advised to you during the check-out process.
UK shipping cost is £12-15 depending on the size of the box required. All UK orders will be assigned reference number that can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email.
Europe and other international delivery prices may very on selected order, size of the parcel and country of destination. Please contact us for more information email@example.com
For all deliveries outside the UK - please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason during 48 hours. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have purchased you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot offer an exchange, however we will be more than happy to offer you a refund of the purchase price and delivery charges paid for the products ordered.
The product should be returned to us in a perfect condition - unused, unworn, unmarked, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Please note: we unable to accept returns and offer refunds on custom orders as they are handmade to order to your requirements. Refunds will not be given unless an item is faulty, damaged or wrong item has been sent.
A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item, excluding shipping costs and taxes or import duties.
You might consider using a trackable shipping services or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned order.
