In this course, you will learn the art of crafting a fabric boater hat on a buckram base and will gain essential skills such as:
- Blocking and constructing buckram base and hat foundation.
- Use the hat pattern for the base and the fabric
- Wire and trim the edge
- Apply securely fabric on the buckram base
- Create lining and stitch petersham sweatband

The course is suitable for beginners and advanced milliners. Sewing skills are beneficial.
